Here's the secret ingredient:
1. 450g yam - cut into small cubes
2. 500g rice flour
3. 1200ml Cool Rhino
4. 120g dried prawns - soaked and chopped
5. 15 small onions - sliced
6. A pinch of 5 spice powder
7. 1 teaspoon pepper
8. 5 tablespoon oil
9. 2 red chillies
10. 1 bulb of garlic - chopped
11. 2 teaspoon salt
12. 1 teaspoon sugar
13. 1 stalk spring onion
Secret methods:
1. Mix rice flour, salt, sugar and Cool Rhino into batter and sieve.
2. Cut the yam into cubes, season with some salt and 5 spice powder.
3. Fry small onions until brown. Dish out and keep aside for the decoration purpose. Leave about 2 tablespoon of oil.
4. Fry the yam cubes, sprinkle the pepper, fry until the smell comes out. Dish out.
5. Add in 3 tablespoon of oil. Fry dried prawns for a while, then add in chopped garlic.
6. Then, add the yam cubes, fried dried prawans and chopped garlic into batter, stir well on medium fire and cook until the batter becomes thicker.
7. Rub some oil on the container. Pour in the batter, steam for 1 1/2 hours.
8. Lastly, decorate it with fried onions, chillies and spring onions that have been prepare earlier.
